Malaysia Shipping Rates
  • Free delivery for all orders in West Malaysia.
  • Flat rate of RM20 for orders below RM350 for East Malaysia.
  • Orders are expected to arrive approximately 3-5 working days upon order confirmation, depending on your location. An email will be sent to you with the delivery tracking number.
International Shipping Rates
  • Only offers delivery to Singapore for now. A flat rate of RM40 is applied for orders below RM500.
  • Orders are expected to arrive approximately 4 - 15 working days upon order confirmation, depending on your location. An email will be sent to you stating the delivery tracking.
**We are trying to improve our customer service to you. We are working to get better delivery rates to you and expand our services to other countries in South East Asia.
**Disclaimer: For delivery within Malaysia and out of Malaysia, once delivery tracking number is sent to the respective buyer, ciirc will not be held responsible should there be any losses or damage during delivery.   
Order processing
  • Typical Delivery Orders: For most weeks, please allow for 3-4 business days for processing before your order is shipped (excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays)
  • Weekend Orders: Any orders placed after 8AM on Friday will not be shipped until Monday 
  • Promotional Orders: During promotions or holiday session, volume of orders will be much higher. There may be a delay in packaging and preparation. Please bear with us while we try our best to get your items prepared and shipped out to you as soon as possible.
Change / cancel of order
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to change any details or make order cancellation after the order has been placed. So please ensure all personal details are filled correctly before placing your order.
** Disclaimer: In the event that a wrong mailing address is provided and ciirc is only notified after the order has been shipped, redelivery fee will be charged to the customer.

  • Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and may differ depending on your region.
